➤You read the right thing on the post that India had followed the 31 year of old promise to exchange their nuclear position details with Pakistan under the agreement of 1991.
➤ From last many years we had seen that Pakistan and China had got their tie-up very close to each other and on a world level they are taking their friendship as IRON BROTHER of each other.

➤ We all know that whenever the war taking place in between any of the countries both have to follow the rules which are decided in Geneva Agreement signed in 1966.
SOME IMPORTANT RULES OF GENEVA CONVENTION âž
➣ Countries can not target the person that are not involved in the war. Like Civilians.
➣ Countries also can not target to their rights as well. Ex. Right To Respect, Right To Respond Families & Right To Respect Reliefs. Both have to follow these rights.
➣ Along with the civilians they can't target the civilian properties.
➣ Also if someone is going to surrender you than you can't attack on him/her.
➣ If someone is seek or wounded in the war then both countries have to provide them a shelter as well as some of the treatment like Hospitality, Shelter along with safe zone and all.
➤ Well we all know that whenever war taking place in B/W countries there are many rules which can't be followed properly and from Pakistan we all know that how many times they have not obeyed the rules. How many times they have disobeyed and do a terrorism on India. For that India had raised its volume against Pakistan in UN.
➤ As of now there is Cease Fire B/W both of the countries but we don't know when it will be disobeyed by the Pakistan. Already both the countries have suffered from 4 war and
➤ Both the countries are nuclear weaponed and in this situation both are taking understanding that the war can't be taken the place till Nuclear War. Both have many nuclear facilities and nuclear Installations in their respective countries and in war if by mistake the war escalate till the Nuclear war then the war must be too big and it will harm more.
➤ For avoiding these type of mistakes in war India and Pakistan had decided that they will follow the rules of Geneva Convention as well they will not attack on the Nuclear Facilities and Nuclear Installations of the countries.
➤ For that Both countries had signed one agreement on 31st December 1988 and it was in rule on 27th January 1991. According to this agreement both countries will exchange their nuclear installations and nuclear plants details and 1st list was share on 1st January 1992. After that on every year India and Pakistan doing the same practice every year.
➤ For that both have share the details on 1st Jan for the year of 2022 and followed the agreement which was 31 year old. In both of the countries many new Nuclear Power Plants, Nuclear Facilities and Nuclear Installations are building and for avoiding attack on that both are following the agreement every year.
