➤ We all know that Fighter Jets, Helicopters, Missiles, Tops and many components are majorly consist of Many small components and all mining parts like Electrical steel components.
➤ In this type of condition the major companies purchase these all slow components from their local market or other small companies or they also have an options like many other countries to import the small parts and all electrical parts. This companies do a same thing and import the things from countries and assemble the parts in their assembly line and do exactly to manufacture the final arm.

➤ India had taken many steps to make the India in "ATMANIRBHAR" in Defense Sector and for that Defense ministry carried out some list of the arm imports to put a full stop in their imports.
➤ In the year of 2020...... India had released a list of 108 Minor and major parts to stop import of that listed parts from foreign and make them purchase from the India Itself.
➤ Similarly in the year of 2021.......India had again released the list of 101 Parts which we again have to stop purchase from foreign countries and do have to start purchase from India Itself.
➤ Well this all restrictions were on the Finished Weapons and not on the parts uses in the manufacturing process. Modi government want to put a restriction on the parts which are using in manufacturing process and make them purchasable from India's domestic market, as India doesn't want to be a only assembly line for the weapon and defense sector.
➤ Due to these all sectors Modi Government has a fear that Indian Companies will purchase this parts from foreign countries and then do a assembly in India. If this situation may get arise
➤ To fill this loop hole Modi government have to take some decisions as if they can't do that then the most of the money of defense deal will get in foreign countries to import small parts and India' s domestic market will suffers a lot.
➤ So Modi government had taken a very crucial steps to stop import from the foreign countries as they do every year. As of now they had released a list of 2500 Subsystems and 351 items to put a full stop on their imports in next 3 years. For the reference you have image of THE HINDU NEWS ARTICLE.
The many of stepwise details and plan of 3 year is as follows.
1.) December 2022..... India Will stop purchasing 172 items from the list of 351 items.
2.) Till June 2023 ......... India will add more 89 items and
3.) Till December 2024 ...... India will lastly add more 90 items and will finish the list.
➤ Well after stopping these all items India will get benefits of 3000 Crores rupees as in present situation we are purchasing this all items on a cost of 3000 crores from following 4 countries.
1.) USA
2.) France
3.) Russia
4.) Israel
➤ Well these all countries are shocked and will suffers from the benefits as the world's largest arm importer country had now running on the self independence in defense sector.
