By the way Taliban doesn't take over with full Kandahar city but now Taliban is going to cover 2nd largest city of Afghanistan which is Ghazni.

Ghazni is not as big city as kandahar but it is counted in 8 to 10 big cities of Afghanistan. Ghazni has 1 domestic airport which makes it important city.
